I graduated in Food Science and Technology Bahelor’s Degree in 2017 at the University of Padova, Italy. Subsequently I enrolled at the University of Udine and I obtained the Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology in 2019. In 2019 I also spent six months at the Universitat de Barcelona in order to carry out my master degree thesis which was focused on the developement of a chemometric tool able to predict the olive oil quality grade based on the volatile compounds.
