I obtained bachelor’s degree in “Food Science and Technology” in 2017 at the University of Padova, Italy. I moved at the University of Udine and I obtained a master degree in “Food Science and Technology” in 2020, with the thesis entitled “Detection of B. cereus spores in milk using an electrochemical apta-sensor” under the Erasmus program at INRA.
