After obtaining my MSc degree in Nutrition Biology and Health from the University of Bordeaux (France), I first worked as an Assistant engineer on the involvement of α-linolenic acid-derived lipid mediators, such as linotrins and phytoprostane, in the resolution of brain inflammation at the laboratory of Nutrition and Integrative Neurobiology (France). After that, I went to work at the Quebec Heart and Lung Institute (Canada) with the focus on the impact of blueberry polyphenols against metabolic disorders in a mouse diet induced-obesity model.

Currently, I am a Study engineer at ProbiHote. The aim of my research is to evaluate the effect of the commensal bacterium Faecalibacterium prausnitzii in different mice models, such as acute and low-grade inflammation.
