Julien TAP
Julien is currently a research scientist at INRAE Micalis institute settled in Paris-Saclay campus, where he works on projects related to the interactions between food and human microbiomes in a nutrition and health perspective. After several internships in microbiology at Institut Pasteur (Patrick Grimont, Philippe Glaser, Sylvain Brisse), Julien Tap went to Joel Doré’s Lab […]
Colin TINSLEY
Armand BERNARD
Armand Bernard studied synthetic biology at INSA Toulouse (2018-2022), and specialized in yeast metabolic engineering at the Seoul National University in Hahn’s Lab (2022-2023). He joined the Cosynus team in the MICALIS institute (INRAE) in 2023 as a PhD student. He is currently working on Yarrowia lipolytica synthetic communities for bioproduction.
Tristan ROSSIGNOL
Tristan Rossignol has a PhD in food sciences from Université Montpellier II (2004). He first spent 2 years as a post-doctoral fellow (2004-2006) at the University College Dublin (Irlande) in Butler’s group, working on genomic of a pathogenic yeast. Then he joined the Unité Biologie et Pathogénicité Fongiques (INRA USC2019) leads by C. D’Enfert at […]
Young-Kyoung PARK
Young-Kyoung Park started the research on metabolic engineering and synthetic biology since the master at Seoul National University and continued at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology in South Korea. She got the PhD degree with a subject ‘Metabolic engineering of the yeast Yarrowia lipolytica for the production of odd- and even-chain fatty acids’ under the […]
