Armand BERNARD

BERNARD Armand

Armand Bernard studied synthetic biology at INSA Toulouse (2018-2022), and specialized in yeast metabolic engineering at the Seoul National University in Hahn’s Lab (2022-2023). He joined the Cosynus team in the MICALIS institute (INRAE) in 2023 as a PhD student. He is currently working on Yarrowia lipolytica synthetic communities for bioproduction.

Christine DELORME

DELORME Christine

Christine Delorme is a senior researcher and leads the ComBac team with Vincent Juillard. After several years of research on the environmental adaptation of lactic bacteria, she developed a project on the analysis of the population structure of streptococcus species belonging to the salivarius group. She then developed a new thematic on the interaction of […]

Dr Alhosna Benjdia (CR) is co-head of the ChemSyBio team. After a PhD at University of Paris-Sud and a Post-doc at the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research supported by an EMBO fellowship, she joined INRAE as a junior research scientist. Her research interest spans from natural product biosynthesis (RiPP, antibiotics) to the human microbiome. […]

Séverine LAYEC

LAYEC Severine

Séverine Layec is an associate professor in microbial ecology at AgroParisTech. Since 2021, she carries out her research at UMR 1319 MICALIS, within the ComBac team. Her work aims at understanding the molecular mechanisms of the adaptive response of commensal bacteria to their environment, including the microbiota and the host, using genomic and post-genomic approaches.
