I am currently a Master 2 student from Paris-Saclay Evry – Genomics Informatics and Mathematics for Health and Environment. I graduated in 2024 as a biotechnology engineer from the Institute SupBiotech of Paris.
During my studies, I conducted research as an intern at the Institute of Functional Genomics (IGF) of Montpellier on the link between Alzheimer’s disease and the gut microbiota, which solidified my interest for studying microbes and their link to health.
Today, my internship at the Micalis Institute is focused on evaluating the current tools for contaminant filtering and taxonomic assignment, improving the low-biomass samples pipeline and omic-integration.
