Since 2011 V.Robert has specialized in anaerobic microbiology by isolating and characterizing new anaerobic strains very sensitive to oxygen such as Faecalibacterium prausnitzii. In the team’s anaerobic workshop, she organizes and provides training services, manages the infrastructure and the strain collection. She is involved in the Micalis collective as Unit Metrology Manager
